This is an encompassing role providing support to the Manager in this new well funded casual online gaming start up.

You will be an early team member (with all the benefits that brings) as we begin to ramp up our operations and recruitment process.

We are based in Kentish Town in a modern converted warehouse with great views over London and all new IT equipment and a relaxed environment.

Essentially we are looking for a bright, enthusiastic, reliable and competent all rounder who is comfortable learning new skills and being part of a small team.

You should possess the following skills:

• Passionate and knowledgeable in all aspects of the Internet you can communicate fluidly in this discipline.
• Budget management
• Development and execution of a marketing strategy
• An understanding of the basics of SEO, PPC, Affiliates, Paid Search and Email Marketing.
• Ability to liase with third party suppliers such as our Digital Marketing Agency, PR Agency and Promotions Agency.
• Ability to interpret and report web site traffic analytics and make recommendations to improve traffic via web site optimization of weak areas.
• Updating web site and blog content and moderation of forum.
• Customer service ability to interact with all types of customers via written correspondence or through online chat support.
• Interpersonal Skills – Ability to perform in a team oriented environment and ability to work under own initiative.
• Written Communication- Effective communication skills including clear and precise written reporting documentation.

• Motivation – Demonstrates persistence and overcomes obstacles.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Education and/or Experience

Desirable: B.A./B.S. or equivalent in Marketing , I.T, English, Journalism, Communications, or related discipline along with a min 1 years experience OR 1 to 3 years experience in a similar internet related environment.

Must be able to speak and write fluent English.

Computer Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of the Internet, E-mail and MS Office Suite. Must be willing to learn new platforms and content management software that powers the web site.
